Unlimited Plan

The Unlimited Plan is a prepaid eSIM data plan designed for short-term use with predictable daily usage.
Each day, the user receives 1 GB of high-speed data. Once this limit is reached, the connection continues at a reduced speed of 128 Kbps. There are no overage charges and no hard data cap, meaning the user always stays connected. The high-speed allowance resets automatically every day.

Validity & Activation

The plan is available for 1, 3, 5, or 7 days.

• The eSIM must be activated within 180 days of purchase (by scanning the QR code).
• For Unlimited plans, validity may start immediately after installation, so users should install the eSIM shortly before usage to avoid losing active days.

Expiration & Reset Logic

• Asian bundles:
  • Expire at midnight (UTC+8)
  • Reset daily at midnight (UTC+8)
• All other bundles:
  • Expire 24 hours after activation
  • Reset daily at 00:00 UTC

Exact expiration timing is always visible in the user account.

Usage & Performance

• Full-speed data can be used for streaming, gaming, and large uploads.
• After the 1 GB daily limit, reduced speed is suitable for messaging, browsing, and basic apps.

Hotspot / Tethering

Fully supported without restrictions — users can share data across devices.

Limitations

• The plan is one-time use only:
  • Cannot be refilled
  • Cannot be extended
• The plan is non-refundable, regardless of usage or activation status.

Notifications

End-users receive:

• A reminder before plan expiration
• A reminder before the 180-day activation window ends (if not yet activated)
