How can I hide or remove deactivated lines on my account?

Please Note: This button will only hide any deactivated line that you no longer wish to use, either temporarily or permanently, to help prevent accidental refills to the wrong line.

If you wish to reuse a deactivated line, please ensure that your eSIM is still installed on your device. You can then toggle off the “Hide All Deactivated Lines” button, locate the line, and proceed with the refill.

Step 1: Log in

Go to https://myaccount.keepgo.com/

and log in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Go to Your Lines

Once logged in, you’ll see your account dashboard.
On the lines panel select your eSIM Lifetime plan or Travel plan section so that all your active and deactivated lines under that section will appear.

Step 3: Hide Deactivated Lines

At the top of the page, click the “Hide all deactivated lines” button.
Once enabled, all deactivated or unwanted lines will disappear from the list.
