How to delete a partner’s account?

Only the account owner can delete a partner's account.

Personal Managers receive a request for deletion and must confirm the action before the account is permanently deleted. Personal Manager and Partner will decide what to do with account balance, staff accounts, end users or lines associated with the partner's account.  The lines and end-users should be transferred to a different account on the platform or have their status set to "Deleted.”
