How to update translations on your WordPress website

Accessing the WordPress dashboard
  • Log in to your Plesk panel.
  • Click Log in to open the WordPress dashboard.

At the top of the WordPress dashboard, click the name of your website.
This will open the site in editing mode.

Switching languages and entering the translation console
  • Use the language switcher to choose the language you want to proofread.
  • Click Translate Page — you’ll be redirected to the translation console.

Editing translations

Inside the translation console:

  1. Hover over any text block until the pencil icon appears.
  2. Click the pencil to open the translation panel on the left.
  3. Update the text to the correct version.
  4. Click Save when you finish editing the page.

To translate or proofread additional pages, select the page from the menu inside the translation console. You’ll be redirected to the appropriate page automatically.

Important Notes

Content that cannotbe edited here

Some website elements cannot be edited through the translation tool, including:

  • Search Bundle plugin texts
  • FAQs
  • Platform-related system texts

For updates to these items, contact us and we’ll provide access to the correct files.

Editing the original text

If the original (source) text needs to be changed:

  1. Open the page using Edit with Elementor.
  2. Update the content directly in Elementor.
  3. Once saved, automatic translation will generate a new version in the target language.
  4. You can then review and adjust that translation through the translation console.
