This guide explains how Keepgo webstore partners can activate, configure, and manage pSIM (physical SIM) products alongside existing eSIM offerings. Follow these steps to set up pSIM sales, customize bundles, and process orders efficiently through your WooCommerce store.
Request Activation
Inform your Personal Manager that you want to enable pSIM products on your webstore. After confirmation, pSIM items will appear in your Inventory, and customers will be able to view and purchase them on the platform.
Why this matters: Activation links physical SIM inventory to your partner account and ensures products display correctly.
Customize pSIM Bundles
Log in to your Partner Account and go to Inventory. Locate products labeled “pSIM” and perform the usual bundle customization.
Important: Set the Base Price carefully—it’s the SIM card price shown to customers at checkout.
Update Bundles in WordPress
Sync your updated bundles to your site:
- Log in to your Plesk account.
- Open the WordPress Panel via the Log in button.
- Go to Dashboard → WooCommerce → Keepgo Import.
- Under Keepgo WooCommerce – Import Plans, press Import Plans.
Result: The latest bundles from your Inventory are imported and displayed on your store.
Configure Stripe Payments
In WooCommerce, navigate to Settings → Payments → Payment Providers → Stripe and connect the same Stripe account used for your eSIM webstore.
Tip: Using one Stripe account streamlines reporting and ensures a consistent checkout flow for eSIMs and pSIMs.
Set Up Shipping Options
Because pSIMs are physical products, configure shipping:
- Add a relevant Shipping Zone (regions you deliver to).
- Create a Shipping Method and define rates and conditions.
Process pSIM Orders
After an order is placed:
- Review order details in WooCommerce.
- Verify the ICCID (SIM number) of the pSIM you’re shipping.
- In your Admin Account, assign the corresponding plan to that SIM.
Outcome: The SIM is correctly paired with its plan prior to shipment.
