How can a partner restore a Travel line?

A Web App partner* can restore an end user's line by following these steps:

  1. Access the line details page for the specific end user's line.
  2. Look for the option or button to restore the line and select it.
  3. Once the line is restored, the specific restoration process may vary depending on the type of line being restored.

For Travel Plan Line Restoration:

  • Only the unused bundles associated with the line will be restored.
  • Any bundles that were already used or active at the time of line deactivation will be forfeited and cannot be restored.
