In order to better manage your cellular plans and avoid confusion, we suggest to change/ edit the names/label of your eSIM after installation. In case you have multiple lines and don't know which is which, please make sure you turn the questioned eSIM/SIM card ON, turn OFF other lines on the device then follow the steps below.
For iPhone:
- Open your Settings.
- Navigate to General and tap on About.
- You might need to scroll down to find the ICCID of the eSIM/SIM card to see if it matches the questioned eSIM line ID.
For Android:
- Open your Apps list and access Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select About phone.
- Tap on SIM Status, labeled as "Phone Identity" on certain phones.
- Access IMEI Information.
- Your SIM/eSIM number will be displayed as either the "IMSI" number or the "ICCID" number.
- View the ICCID
*******Please note that due to different formats on various devices, your ICCID numbers might have additional digits or not match exactly with the one displayed on your account.
