How To Refresh eSIM/SIM card When Facing Connection Issues

1. General Checklist

  • Ensure you’re in a coverage country for your eSIM/SIM card and make sure you have turned ON the right eSIM/SIM card.

2. For Android Devices

  1. Go to your device settings>> Connections>> Mobile networks >> APN(Access point name) settings > Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the APN settings for more options > Click Reset to Default.
  2. Restart your device and wait for few minutes.
  3. Set eSIM/SIM card as your Mobile Data Plan, turn on Mobile Data & Data Roaming.
  4. Confirm if the APN is written correctly (refer to the APN details on your account).
  5. Turn off Automatic Network Selection and manually select different networks available in your location to find the best one.
  6. Toggle Preferred Network Type from 5G to 4G/LTE, then turn OFF Wi-Fi and test the connection again.

3. For iOS Devices

  1. Reset APN: Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Select your eSIM/SIM card> Click Cellular Data Network > In your APN setting, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Reset Settings.
  2. Restart your device and wait for few minutes.
  3. Go to your device setting>> Mobile/Cellular data>> Turn On your eSIM/SIM card.
  4. Set eSIM/SIM card as your Mobile Data Plan, turn on Mobile Data & Data Roaming.
  5. Confirm if the APN is written correctly (refer to the APN details on your account).
  6. Turn off Automatic Network Selection and manually select different networks available in your location to find the best one.
  7. Toggle Preferred Network Type from 5G to 4G/LTE, then turn OFF Wi-Fi and test the connection again.
